🦋 Another great podcast Adrian. I can (maybe even all your listeners can) totally can relate to getting worn out physically, emotionally & even mentally.  Oh so true on sometimes we forget to take care of ourselves. The mental break you spoke of is spot on. I find since my dad passed away on April 16, 2021 this year, I have to take that mental break often. Not to mention resting our mind & body really is so important as well. Thanks for that reminder in your podcast. Now, I totally understand about having a hard time relaxing... Oh boy do I, & ya know, it actually did not sound selfish @ all when you said all you have to be concerned about is yourself & your health. Of course again, Kudos on your line! So proud of you! Looking forward to next Tuesday’s show.
